Eligibility Criteria

- The applicant’s father or guardian must be a registered mine worker under the Mines Labour Welfare Commissionerate Punjab.

- In special cases, if not registered, an affidavit verified by the Assistant Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner may be accepted.
